Overview

Built for the job

Our insulated sandwich-panel bodies maintain stable temperatures across long-haul routes in extreme ambient heat. Dry box variants deliver secure, weather-proof cargo protection with high internal volume.

Keeping cargo at temperature through a Gulf summer starts with the body. Our insulated bodies use sandwich panels with a continuous polyurethane foam core and GRP / FRP skins, bonded to minimise cold bridges at joints and corners.

Insulation thickness is chosen for the temperature you need to hold: thinner walls for chilled cargo and maximum internal volume, thicker walls for frozen goods down to -25 °C. Bodies are prepared to accept refrigeration units from leading manufacturers.

Dry box variants use the same robust construction without refrigeration, giving secure, weather-proof and lockable protection for retail, parcel and high-value cargo.

Questions

Frequently asked

01 What temperatures can the trailer hold?
With the right insulation and refrigeration unit, from -25 °C for frozen goods up to +25 °C for controlled-ambient cargo.
02 Do you supply the refrigeration unit?
Bodies are built to accept units from leading manufacturers. We can coordinate supply and installation, or fit a unit you provide.
03 Can the interior be configured for my cargo?
Yes. Meat rails, partitions, E-track, shelving and lighting can all be specified to suit your load.
