Overview

Built for the job

Our car carriers maximise vehicle count per trip with adjustable hydraulic decks, while our A-frames provide rated, inspection-ready towing and rigging structures for workshops, fleets and industrial lifting tasks.

Our car carriers are designed to move as many vehicles as possible per trip while protecting every one of them. Hydraulic upper decks and adjustable platforms let different vehicle sizes be loaded efficiently, from compact cars to SUVs and light commercial vehicles.

Low-angle loading ramps reduce the risk of bumper and underbody damage, and wheel chocks and strap tie-down points secure each vehicle without touching its bodywork.

Alongside car carriers, we fabricate A-frame structures for towing and rigging. Towing A-frames connect recovered vehicles safely to tow trucks, while rigging and gantry A-frames support lifting work in workshops and industrial sites — each built and load-tested to a defined working load limit (WLL).

From Order to Delivery

How we build it

  1. 01 Consultation

We review your cargo, payload, routes and operating conditions.

  2. 02 Engineering

Our engineers produce drawings, load calculations and a material spec.

  3. 03 Fabrication

Cutting, forming, welding and machining on our workshop floor.

  4. 04 Testing & Delivery

Load, brake and weld inspection before handover to your fleet.

Questions

Frequently asked

01 How many vehicles can one carrier take?
Between 4 and 10, depending on the deck layout and vehicle sizes. Share your typical models and we will propose a layout that maximises capacity.
02 Are your A-frames load tested?
Yes. Every A-frame is built to a defined working load limit and load-tested before delivery.
03 Can SUVs and vans travel on the upper deck?
Adjustable deck heights allow taller vehicles to be carried. Final capacity depends on vehicle height and weight, which we check during design.
