Overview

Built for the job

Every tank shell is rolled and welded in-house, then pressure tested before leaving our facility. Internal baffles control surge, and compartment layouts are configured around the products you carry and the way you discharge them.

A tanker is a pressure vessel on wheels, and we build it to that standard. Shells are cut, rolled and welded in our workshop from carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminium chosen to suit the product, and every tank is pressure tested before it leaves the facility.

Internal baffles break up the movement of liquid under braking and cornering, keeping the vehicle stable. Compartment layouts are configured around what you carry and how you deliver it — from a single compartment for water to multiple compartments for different fuel grades.

Discharge systems are matched to your operation: gravity discharge for simple deliveries, pump-assisted discharge for faster turnaround, and API couplers with bottom loading and vapour recovery for fuel terminals.

Cutting, forming, welding and machining on our workshop floor.

  4. 04 Testing & Delivery

Load, brake and weld inspection before handover to your fleet.

Questions

Frequently asked

01 Which shell material should I choose?
Carbon steel suits water and many fuels at the lowest cost. Stainless steel is preferred for potable water, food liquids and corrosive products, while aluminium reduces tare weight for a higher legal payload.
02 Why do tankers need baffles?
Liquid moving inside a partly filled tank can push the vehicle forward under braking or unsettle it in corners. Baffles divide the flow and keep handling stable and predictable.
03 Is every tank pressure tested?
Yes. Every tank and every compartment is pressure and leak tested in our facility before delivery.
