Overview

Built for the job

Built around a high-tensile I-beam chassis, our flatbed and skeleton trailers are the workhorses of port, logistics and construction fleets. Flatbeds offer a full load deck with stake pockets and lashing points, while skeleton frames are optimised for fast, secure container handling with ISO twist-locks.

Flatbed and skeleton trailers carry more of the region’s freight than any other trailer type, so we design them for long service lives with minimal downtime. Both are built on twin high-tensile I-beam main rails that are cut, welded and straightened in-house, with cross-members spaced to suit the load type rather than a catalogue standard.

The flatbed carries a full-length load deck with stake pockets, rope hooks and lashing points along both sides, making it suitable for structural steel, palletised goods, pipes, building materials and break-bulk cargo. Side and front boards can be added for loose or stacked loads.

The skeleton trailer removes the deck entirely to save tare weight and is dedicated to ISO container work. Twist-locks are positioned for 20 ft, 40 ft and 45 ft boxes — including two 20 ft containers at once — for fast, secure loading at ports, free zones and inland depots.

Questions

Frequently asked

01 Can one trailer carry both containers and general cargo?
Yes. A flatbed fitted with flush-mounted twist-locks can carry containers as well as loose cargo, giving a single trailer more working days across different jobs.
02 Which suspension should I choose?
Mechanical leaf-spring suspension suits heavy, rough-road and site work at a lower purchase cost. Air suspension gives a smoother ride, protects sensitive cargo and reduces tyre and road wear on long highway routes.
03 Can you build to my fleet colours and branding?
Yes. Every trailer is painted in-house, so fleet colours, reflective markings and company branding can be applied before delivery.
